Litvin opposes quotas on grain exports

Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Lytvyn opposes the imposition of quotas for grain export. This head of the parliament said in an interview with reporters, commenting on the situation in the grain market of Ukraine. Word of the President of the Parliament led the press office of BP.
“I am categorically opposed to all kinds of taboos, because it would lead to speculation. If, for example, to introduce a rule of quotas for grain export, it would mean that we would create another opportunity for corruption and mismanagement – said Vladimir Litvin. – Corruption can manifest itself in obtaining permits to export their products within certain ranges.
At the same time Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stated that Ukraine has enough grain, particularly from private owners. “The state should consider how this grain if necessary to put on the public record, and how to pay the appropriate money. The same is true of crap, considering the fact that some people are working at their sites and have appropriate resources,” – he said.
