In July, near Kiev were sold 85 houses

In July in the 14 administrative districts of the Kiev region was carried out 85 deals buying / selling homes in cottage settlements (of which 5% of the transactions – were apartments in a townhouse). This was reported in a consulting company SV Development.
Greatest demand is for houses up to 200 sq.m. (43% of transactions), 36% were for homes 200-300 sq.m., 14% home ownership went for 300-400 sq. m. and 7% for houses over 400 sq.m.

Legal cell phones have brought the budget imports of 0.5 billion UAH in six months

The majority of Ukrainian managers would prefer to be IT-specialists

According to the survey, 19.75% of respondents indicated that they would have liked to study for an IT-specialist, if there were entrants in 2011, 10.03% of respondents would choose the education marketing or PR manager.

The Crimea has 3,670 hectares of illegally planted land


In the Crimea were identified 3,670 hectares of illegally sown land. This was reported by Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Crimea Valery Kravets.
In Belogorskiy area illegally planted are 65 hectares, in Dzhankojsky – 405 hectares, the Kirov – 158 ha, Krasnogvardejskiy – more than 200 hectares, Lenin – 916 ha, Nizhnegorsky – 200 ha, Pervomaisk – 641 ha, Razdolneneskom – more 250 hectares Saksky – more than 100 hectares, Simferopol – 90 m, Black – 642 ha.

The people of Kiev are less interested to invest in luxury properties

Yalta Port will take 65 foreign cruise ships


This year, the Yalta Sea Trade Port is expected to arrive 65 foreign cruise ships. This was reported in the resort and information center of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

In Crimea, 20 hotels have appropriated the “stars”
