President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovich signed the Law “On amending some laws on the facilitation of access conditions in the telecommunications market” N3566-VI.
The Act aims at simplifying the conditions for access to the telecommunications market, creating conditions for development of new technologies and services, increase their volume, to meet consumer demand in the modern and high quality telecommunications services.
The document provides for the abolition of licensing of certain activities in the telecommunications sector, the establishment of order registration of business entities wishing to operate in the telecommunications industry by providing the NCCR communications standard form.
